Using the CA-2A Prochannel and My Just Cause Trailer
Sonar is still the best sequencer/DAW. I hadn't used the CA-2A before, but for this just cause trailer project I decided to give it a try. I ended up running it through almost each track and it really hits nice. I massage the levels between vintage warmer(not in every track) and the CA-2A and they come out sounding great between the two. I also used the console emulator on everything. Two weeks of work. 1 week for the song and 1 week for the video. Here's the track and trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wa-T_C1r7v4 https://soundcloud.com/slumbermachine/call-of-armsfinal-just-cause-3-trailer-song

Listen up, see hear, If the textural choices are as stated This is an example of a cat who has found the niche. This piece, has the Platinum sound all over it. I call it “dusty.” Ashes to ashes, Sometimes a little clinical probing yields copious results. Dude got Sonar written all over it. Can’t say whether he should roll it off here or there, produce. Very nicely done! I first caught this on my phone, and when listening on my system the only part that stands out differently is the dialogue is weaker (the irony of the frequency response of cell phone speaker(s)).
ASUS ROG Maximus X Hero (Wi-Fi AC), i7-8700k, 16GB RAM, GTX-1070Ti, Win 10 Pro, Saffire PRO 24 DSP, A-300 PRO, plus numerous gadgets and gizmos that make or manipulate sound in some way.
