Leaving home

My first attemp to make an Electronic inspired song.
Thanks to Kraftwerk for turning me on to this type of music.
Enjoy (I hope)

The feel of the track is good. Nice pic alongside. Somehow reminded me of the track 'Children' by Robert Miles. Probably that's why I was expecting the drums to take some pace. Nicely done !!

This is a nice bed for a video or for an added melody line over the top. Needs a little more bass, and the kick could be a little deeper. Otherwise, the mix is pretty good, nice and clear.

    Thanks Dan.
I must admit that the mix was done a little fast. I've just relocated my homestudio and my listening envviroment isn't very good. I was afraid it had to much bass, so I did some heavey EQ'ing.
Maybe I'll do a new mix and post later.

Ditto on the bottom end - a little more "oomph" would be good for the mix.   And something riding on top would help cement things.    But as a first attempt at something electronic?     Well done.
