Audio Library does not show folders moved to it (Ignore)

I am trying to move folders into the Audio Library folder. I have folders of acid loops I'd like to put into the loops folder or one shot folder. I can see these folders using Windows 7, but when using the browser withing sonar x3 producer, they are not visible. Is that Audio Library folder restricted to the loops and one shot original content only? Frustrating.

Ignore : Did not notice it was defaulting to my C: Drive, everything was moved to D:
I guess working at 3 in the morning amplifies the DUH factor
