WAV Files Distorted When Importing To Sonar X3

When exporting a WAV file from FL Studio, and then importing the file into Sonar X3, some slight but noticeable distortion will appear in the file during playback. The sample rate and bit depth match the Sonar project. The WAV files will play fine in any program such as Windows Media Player or Quicktime. However, when I import that same file into Audacity, export it from there, and then import to Sonar, there is no issue in sound quality. The issue only seems to occur when importing a file that was exported from FL Studio. I've tried nearly all the options available from the exporting menu in FL to no avail. Any suggestions? Noob to the forum, I'm sorry if there's any important info I may have left out. Thank you!

FL export audio as loop? Uncheck "Looping" box in the "Clip" tab in Sonar.

Thank you for the reply! I actually discovered the problem was that I had the "save ACIDized" box checked, probably the one option I hadn't tried prior to this post.
