The Final Countdown

I find this commercial funny (it does have a musical connection). The little things. Facial looks. The woman grooving at the end. I guess the entire premise.

I noticed all those little (funny) things when I saw the commercial on TV.....of course what initially caught my attention to the commercial was the actual song (which I did have the original album at one point).

I see this one too many times (like all other Geico ads), but it always reminds me of this travesty:

(See how long YOU can last but, at least, let the "singer" start his attempt first!  LMAO!  )

Wow! The .wmv name says it all. This performance is just so bad, on so many levels.

    I like it too.

What I don't like is the scowl towards the woman who is groovin to it at the end.
What, we can't? That could have been left off.

    Good for Europe too btw.
    Oh and killer pyrotechnics.

    I love it, too!

one thing I noticed, however, is that Joey Tempest's vocals are out of time with the band at the end. :)  I chuckle at that every time!

Goodness ... one would figure this would be SNL or some other silliness! Was your high school band that bad? Mine had good music, just no vocalist at that time, though there were lyrics.

Music is not about notes and chords! My poem is not about the computer or monitor or letters! It's about how I was able to translate it from my insides!
