Good beat Shawn. Mix sounds pretty good too. Would be cool during gameplay of a retro game like asteroids

I love this combination of cinematic synth strings and beats. I hope it does well for you. The scratches or froglike sounds kinda threw me a little though. Nice.

Interesting concept, really liked the way you programmed the strings. Not sure about the frog/record scratching sound though, I thought at one stage I had got too near a pond or something. Good stuff :)

I really like this. The choice of sounds and chord progression are hypnotic. It would be great as mentioned as background for a game! But I'm not sure about the scratchy, frog sounds... :-)

Hey, Shawn, Very cool piece of music, buddy! It delivers a classic cinematic feel along with a lot of very cool and interesting Electronica synth elements, and you've also got a nice clean and wide, modern sounding mix. Great stuff, Shawn, excellent work! Have a good one! Bob

This would be cool as a transitional theme for some Quentin Tarantino movie. There is just enough dark subtlety for it to work. Well done!

Yes I like the melody the strings play. I dont mind the scratch sounds, maybe not all the time, but I reckon they should be there Great "menu" music for a ps game for sure Cian

Yep, pretty nice work for a menu or something. I'd lose the scratching, too, but sounds like we're mostly a bunch of old guys here so grains of salt all 'round. cheers, -Tom

I'm really happy with this track and the comments. I have to give credit to the Cakewalk String Section VST for the strings and the I spent a lot of time on the drums mixing different beats together from the included SONAR X3 Producer Edition Loops and also the bassline at the end...I haven't been producing enough music as of late so this was a great kickstart...I think tonight I should work on a new song...yes! :) Thanks Guys! -Shawn
