Two great songs with nice playing, nice vocals and a good recording, what's not to like? The old school mix with vocals on one side and acoustic on the other was cool but tends to fatigue my ears after a while, but that's probably just me.

Thanks all. I do pan the different sounds, however, it's only slight (I make each one about 35% each way), so it gives separation but not completely. Thanks for the kind comments.

Nice recordings Kev. Your vocal is especially good on Hide Your Love.

Kevin, I really like Norwegian Wood. The guitar sounds silky smooth and the vocals are spot on. I really like the way your guitar sounds. Cheers, Bert

Many thanks. Believe it or not, everything on both these tracks were actually recorded with my laptop's internal mic. I was pleasantly surprised with how well it captured the sound, although it did require a bit of careful removal of ambient noise.

Both tracks are nice covers. Left a thumb up on both. Really like your haronies on Norweigan Wood and the way you went for the "Hey" with gusto on You Got To Hide Your Love Away. There are some thumping and movement noise at the end of You Got To Hide Your Love Away but it doesn't distract from the performance itself.

Hi Kevin, Good job,Nice covers. The sound is really good knowing you captured it with the microphone of a laptop. Cheers, Olivier.
