History window improvements

History window as in SONAR Platinum, Jamaica Plan:

 
Undo History Wish list
 
1. Allow resizing window height. Easy task, maybe 10 minutes work: change form style to resizable. Set fixed width, min height and max height. Move numeric up/down Maximum Undo Levels dynamically to the bottom or use Panels is they're available.
 
2. Add a special line to indicate where project is saved; manually / auto-save.
 
3. Add timestamp to each operation.
 
4. Show memory usage of the history.
 
5. If possible, add information about the operation. For example "Delete Track" => "Delete Track 3, name "Bad Vocal Take"
 
6. Strip ambersands (De&lete Track => Delete Track")
