Another nice one, Tim!   That bouzouki has certainly paid itself off big-time in great musical output.    Cool ending too.

As far as concept goes, you should check out Outlander (books and HBO series).   It's Scottish vs. Irish but a time-slip is what sets up the entire story.

Tim another solid celtic painting.

Loving the sounds. You know what merging this into a slip-jig type track in the middle somewhere would bring this track to a whole new level of energy. Think about it for this song or you next one!

+1 for the Bouzouki. Sounds really really well recorded. It has a great texture to it.

SteveC- Thanks!!  I'll look into that story you mentioned. The bouzouki has been used a lot lately so I guess it has been a good purchase!

Cian- You being a good rhythm dude I'm sure you could pull it off. I'm still getting more into those rhythms 6/8, 9/8, 12/8....can't say I'm entirely there yet...too westernized I suppose, but it gives me something to think about. I want to do more of that kind of thing and I'm working towards it. Thanks!

Tom- Many thanks! So when are you gonna release another of those piano songs? Have a good one!

Nice! Love the idea you have here and the sound is very lovely.

When ever I see a concept like this my mind gets racing and man would I love to hear some trippy guitar or synths on top of that Irishness as Milford Mchenry slips deeper and deeper into the time slip. And maybe that campy sitar twang in there as well... :D

Sorry. :)
