No audio after exporting

No audio after exporting

I'm new to home recording/mixing, thus very inexperienced. I'm having a problem after I export my mix using Lame MP3 encoder. It shows up on my computer as an MP3 file, but when I try to play it nothing happens. It shows the song as being 0:00. Any advice?

    Make sure you're highlighting all of the files/tracks you want to export or it won't export anything.  I just go from the end of the song and rt click drag to the beginning from bottom to top to highlight everything.

    Ctrl+A Will select everything too.

    When exporting  selecting nothing equals to selecting all.
    I only mute the tracks that I don't want to export. I find it a faster method.

    SONAR PE 8.5.3, Asus P5B, 2,4 Ghz Dual Core, 4 Gb RAM, GF 7300, EMU 1820, Bluetube Pre  -  Kontakt4, Ozone, Addictive Drums, PSP Mixpack2, Melda Creative Pack, Melodyne Plugin etc.
