One fader affects all volume in all tracks

Strangest Thing.....    Loaded a midi file,  4 tracks.     if I touch "Any" one volume fader in the console view,  all volume on all tracks follows that one fader,   regardless.    no individual control    read and write automation is off.  So literally, I could lower one fader and loose everything.

using my yamaha mox  each voice on a different channel  only 4 voices.

Did I hit something on the screen -  I'm still learning but now really stumped.

Any ideas?
Thanks
WG

Can it be that you have grouped them?
Right click on any fader and select Group Manager. Check there is nothing (you do not know about) there.
