Help regarding EZdrummer 2 and adding fx/eq to individual drums via sends

Hi all.  Can someone who has Sonar Pro and Ezdrummer 2 do me a favor?

Can you upload a Sonar cakewalk bundle file with the drum kit all mapped out with individual sends for each drum/overhead/room etc?  I have tried a few times to set it up myself and fail miserably.

Here is an example of EXACTLY what I need:

If I could download a Sonar file of that template/kit he has downloadable in the description (I have all the addon kits needed) only as a Sonar file, I'd really appreciate it.

Maybe this can help. Although this is showing you cubase, the concept is the same in Sonar.

Thanks.  Will I run into any issues with stereo?  I presume overheads are stereo right?  How do I make sure I'm adding sends that mimic the original output?

Overheads, Ambiance, Reverb, and Effects will be stereo from EZD. Sometimes the Toms are stereo as well.
    Kick, Snare, HiHat are mono.
In EZD goto the Mixer tab. At the bottom of the channels select multiple outputs.
Now each channel in EZD will be available to route to a separate track. You will also see which outputs will be mono vs. stereo.
