    Assuming you mean "to" previous/next measure as opposed to "by" a measure from wherever you are within a measure, the defaults are Ctrl+PageUp/Down. I re-bound just PageUp/Down since I use them so much, and made Ctrl+PageUp/Down Previous/Next Marker.
