I just updated my Z3ta+ 2 to version 2.2.1

It works well within Sonar (albeit with a contrived link to get to it - VST3, Synth - Z3TA+2)

However, I can't get a sound out of it as a standalone... the meters are moving, corresponding to my playing, but no sound. I've set it up as it should be in terms of the audio interface etc. Rapture and Dimension Pro work as a standalone no problem.

Help!

Sonar Patinum

Intel i5 4690K
8GB Ram
Windows 10

Mackie Onyx 400F Audio Interface

UVI Workstation, Kontakt, Ez Drummer etc...

After the update:
the wave shaping options in the Oscelator section (warp, twist, drive, etc) are no longer MIDI Learnable (right clicking doesnt pop-up the midi learn function)

I want to reset to the former version, is that posible?

F.

Try SHIFT+Right-click

You can re-install the old version if you wish. Uninstall the new version, download and install the pre-Command Center version from your account.

I forgot all about updating Z3ta and have all ready installed Lexington. I assume I have to roll back and update Z3ta then, when I reinstall Lexington, will I have everything again?

The updates to Z3ta+2 have nothing to do with SONAR and the bundled Z3ta+ Classic. When it comes to updating Z3ta+2, it does not matter if SONAR is updated or even installed.

I saw a CW page with this suggestion and was checking on whether that had changed. It stated that order with the suggestion that CCC be updated first.
I'll try to find it and share the link, but if it makes no difference, that's great.
Thanks Steve

I think I understand your question now. What CW wanted to be sure is that if you had run the previous z3ta+2 update, you should run the most recent update before opening projects containing z3ta+2. This is because of a bug in the previous version not handling existing instances in projects correctly. see http://forum.cakewalk.com/FindPost/3339120

Ah, so no problem for me, as I haven't used it (kept it) in a project. Cool.
I'm good to go. Thanks!
