All of the content has been refactored and rebuilt. If you're still seeing remnants of the older structure, logging out of Command Center and then back in should clear your cache & update the list.

OK, that helped. Is there any advantage of installing the new files? It does not change the content, right?

We have added cleaner naming conventions for the Rapture Pro bank content. These will swap out old versions for the new nicely named ones. There were also some cross dependencies with the content installers where some programs may not work correctly unless users installed multiple packs. This has also been resolved where packs can now be installed on demand and all programs dependencies are contain in the new packs. But that's not all! The Rapture Pro banks content should all have better volume balances from program to program.

That's worth the download/install by itself. Very happy to see that

Thank you very much. That's worth the download! Should I remove the old multisamples before installing the new Rapture Pro Packs? Will there be any files twice?

Oh dear. First TH3, now this. Has anyone got Kingston working yet? Mine just hovers at the Sonar wallpaper before the file list loads Tried to roll-back to JP, got C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\Shared Utilities\StartPage\CakewalkStartScree.exe An error occured while trying to replace the existing file: DeleteFile failed; code 5 Access is denied [Ignore, Retry, Cancel] EDIT - have now rolled back after restarting windows - evidently the stalled start page on Kingston was denying access to the roll back process. So - Kingston start page - has anyone got to it, or not? jdf

My kingston was installing - got to Finishing installation in the small install box behind the main command center window and seemed stuck there ( as in the progress bar is cycling around ) for about 10 mins. Then the progress bar froze at the end /right of little window for another 10 mins so far .. The large command center window has the progress bar still moving left to right. Harddrive light still flashing. Is this OK ... just be patient ?????

Having trouble with the install....just kind of hung at the end.....task mgr shows setup not responding. Hung for about 40 minutes earlier (only doing the updated Sonar, not a ton of other stuff).....so canceled...then, of course, couldn't open program....rebooted, tried to roll back.....could no longer open the program. Uninstalled.....tried reinstalling....getting error each time I try. Uninstalled again, now back to the hanging, non-responsive setup. (actually, every time I've tried, it shows 3 instances of setup not responding) So much for being an early adopter....lol Any ideas?

Yes. Kingston is working fine here. And it's doing it with great speed.

I'm jealous Bob! Mine fortunately never got as far as others where I couldn't start Sonar, just slow download times to the point of pointless. I'm excited about the supposed speediness of the Kingston update though.

Hiya, Earlier I reported that when updating to kingston the command center stays running saying installing sonar platinum. The smaller window behind says finishing installation. Both windows remain open, never finishing. However I can open Platinum and it works away, update applied. Have to hard close the command center via task manager

Please make sure that SONAR is closed before applying the update otherwise the installer will not be able to write the files and you risk getting an incomplete install. If something is stuck in memory like the start screen it will not be updated. If in doubt do a reboot and then install before running SONAR.

Nope, In my case Sonar was closed. Even checked Task Manager before doing update. The Command Center is being held up by the small box behind saying finishing installation BUT that box never finished. In fact task manager for that box says NOT RESPONDING. Close that finishing installation box and command center then says finished and all is well again. Sonar opens fine. The About says Kingston installed. Some sort of installer bug I would say? I am on an i5 17" Inspiron 7000 with 8GB Ram and Windows 10. Latest NVidia drivers.

Extremely slow download. Speedtest shows 77Mb/s down, (82Mb/s up) hardwired to the modem. Downloading just the base Plat Kingston update, over hour and haven't gone above 8.8%. Tried cancelling out, rebooting, same downloading 2 files and the percentage goes up by .01% every 5 mins or so. Tried d/ling from my account, and same slow connection. Guess I'll run this overnight.
