Scotch single malt here as well. Always have AnCnoc in the cabinet. I tend to go for non smokey as a rule (Balvenie dw and Aberfeldy f e) but I do like the occasional Bowmore or Lagavulin as well.

I guess Scotch is an acquired taste,,
I tried it once, and with all due respect toy the Scotch Drinkers here, tasted like Diesel fuel...
In actuality, I havent had liquor in quite a while, I have moved to vino, and like an occasional glass of red wine
