CCC crash
FYI I ran CCC for the first time this month, it attempted to download the data from the server (as it usually does when executing) and then I got: Windows Event viewer log shows no error. Second time was lucky. Dirty cache?

As noted it works if you click OK I do believe it has been reported.

Sorry for the trouble guys. We isolated & resolved a case that I'm assuming you folks were running into that would affect everyone who owned both Rapture Pro & Rapture Session on 1st time building your cache for Command Center. Seems like almost everyone in this thread owned both products, so I'm jumping to conclusions, but I think it's resolved. If anyone is still seeing a crash on first launch can you let me know?

They couldn't. This was a new crash exposed last Wednesday when we gifted Rapture Session to people. At that point, when C3 was launched, it attempted to download and cache assets for the new product. We made a mistake on our end which exposed the crash.

Yep... I think you're right. I got it IIRC last Monday but retry and it worked. I had forgotten about it. I'm getting used to hiccups that popup then vanish since I got W-10. I figured it was MS. J
