Program data load failed issue

Hi all,

Since doing the recent Z3ta+2 update when I now load my projects I get the following error for each instance of Z3TA - " Program data load failed". The result of this is that none of my Z3ta's in the project have the right patches loaded.

This may result from a lazy habit of mine of tweaking my Z3ta patches and not saving them as presets, rather just relying on the save state of the project to recall all the changed settings, but I have never had a problem this this workflow before.

Help!! I can not longer play any of my existing projects and with the vast number of presets available for the synth I have no idea which one was even the starting point for the sound I rely on in my project.

Thanks

Chris - SquareSpiral

oh god. I just updated last night, and settled in today to do some work and nothing loaded. It's amazing how bad a song sounds with the default preset loaded for every part!
Waiting.... Might roll back z3ta tomorrow if I have the energy.

It is very easy to roll back Z3ta+. I just installed 2.1 over 2.2 and it works fine.

    Same problem here.
Is there a location or a download for the 2.1 or is this something I should have been keeping. :-) With the CCC I don't have the backups.
    Live and learn I guess.

I think I figured it out from reading the other posts. It was the version of the product I originally purchased i believe. Trying the uninstall and reinstall of the original program.

    hmmm. Maybe I don't know how to un-install 2.2
First I launched Z3ta+2 from stand alone and from Sonar and it shows version 2.2.0
I go to CCC and it shows latest version installed is 2.2.0.95, which is what the .exe is in the downloads directory. There is no place to uninstall from CCC that I can see.
I then go to Windows Program and Features and it shows that the version is 2.1 installed on 10/16/2014.

Okay, so what and where am I uninstalling 2.2 from? did those that did an uninstall from Windows, uninstall the 2.1 from Program and features?
