Aaaand it's werking now. Nevermind...

Edit: As soon as I posted this it started working proving yet again the best way to fix a problem is get others to look at it... then the problem will just go away to make you look like raving lunatic moron. lulz...

OP:VVVVV

Hi all. Just doing some regular upkeep on my DAW. I just checked for Windows updates (I do this every time I connect it to the internet so I can snag any security patches before wading around the toobs).

I am getting a Windows update error 80244019

After some research on the error number it can apparently be a virus, or not a virus or absolutely nothing (the latter being the servers are just down). Sooooooooo yeah. I checked for updates on my laptop as well and got the same error so I'm thinking the servers are borked.

Only explanation for it happening on two computers unless somehow a creepy critty infected my "network"... but both systems are set to "Public" which is supposed to completely block them off from each other... and I guess that might imply my modem/router is compromised... which I'm a little too stupid to fix.

So yeah, could ya'll just go to your start menus > Windows Update > Check for Updates and let me know if it throws an error?

Danca muchly.

That error means you need to buy more plug-ins.
