Sonar Platinum shuts down after Waves update to waves central

This problem started to occur after the waves central 9.6 update. Sonar platinum shuts down.
runtime error
Program: c\program files\cakewalk\sonar platinum\sonarplt.exe\
R6025
pure virtual function call
and
the following VST plug-in failed to load: c:\program files\common files\vst3\

    Please try clearing the waves cache.
