We are currently working on putting this in people's accounts. You should get an email about it soon but you may see it in there before the email reaches you.

I assume "there" to mean the Products page of our accounts?

Am I correct?

XLN makes great products. I prefer their Grand Piano to anything else and their drums to other drum products. Now I've learned that that great products come from a great company.
I think, choosing Sonar, Cakewalk and XLN instruments over other options is one of the best decisions I've ever made.
Thanks, guys! Proud to be a member of this community.

Thanks to Andrew and Cakewalk. I for one did not expect Cakewalk to resolve the problem like this. I understood that it was a mistake and appreciated the apology. I have stood by the company for 14 years and will continue to do so.

Evidently there is still some hurdle they are having to jump to get the keys to our accounts.  I keep working on this project and checking my email and product page every time I do a save.  At least this waiting in anticipation is better than the waiting over the weekend and before Andrew announced the solution earlier today.  Not like I'm thinking I will use any of the new AD packs in this project but you never know, really like the sound of that Vintage Kit snare.

Yeah, I'm looking forward to get Vintage kit as well. Sounds unique and seems to sit well in a mix.

Thanks for your patience while we worked out the issue. We will be honoring this deal and customers will get the codes at some point today. Due to the U.S. holiday and time differences, it took us a little more than 1 business day to work this out but we wanted to come up with a solution that didn't impact the customer negatively (like a refund). I am going to close this topic once we have fulfilled the orders. Again, I want to remind people that this was an error on Cakewalk's part that unfortunately caused a bigger issue. I apologize for that. Mistakes can happen and our intent the whole time was to work it out so our customers weren't impacted in any way. Because it involved a third party, we also needed explain it to them. Luckily XLN Audio is a great company, and we were able to work it out. Thanks for your understanding and patience.

Wow! This says a lot about Cakewalk and Xln Audio. It's far more than I expected...I'm very impressed.

Mine is there as well.  If anyone is looking, it did not put it at the top of my product page, it is down in the middle of my list.

It's actually in the top row for Other Products, below Connected Products. Yay! Thanks guys! That turned out as an awesome birthday present.

I think you are already away from big mistakes you could make in 7.5k readers thread

Waoh what a thread !! i didn't read everything guyz to tell you the truth , all i can say , is that i was in the same wagon as you guyz , and after the first day , the thing is that i would have placed 3 packs in order (it was my attention) lol but after the first order seeing nothing on my account , i gave em a call to learn that it was a mistake , i was like dammn !!! im' buying all packs (ezx , maschine xln ) i can since i show those to students at cours , sometime they ask me my input on sounds , i take an hours to let them try by themsleves on my comp ;)

At the end i had nothing but EXELLENT support from them , as usual with cakewalk , only the hold time was big (i was thinking that it was because of the the black friday sales that need a lot of human ressources for handling of purchases and support related)

The decision was the only one to take and they took it !!

So my last words will be  :"chapeau bas, cakewalk and xln , from France !!"
