Monthly subscribed to Pay One-Time Sonar Platinum

Hi there, I was paying for 3 or 4 months for the monthly Sonar Platinum, and I decided to buy it complete, I paid for the Pay One-Time Sonar Platinum. But the Sonar status continues to show the "monthly" account.
Is it normal? Well, I noticed that something at least has changed, links to download the Sonar appeared in "my-account/products"
The photo is attached  bellow showing the "monthly" matter
Sorry about my poor english, I'm from Brazil.
Regards!

I'd give support a call to make sure.

I can confirm that your status is owned. Because SONAR thinks it's all set up until December 24th, 2015, it hasn't checked again for updated information regarding your membership. Once it does that it will see that you have purchased the product outright and will indicate it is owned versus monthly.

Sorry for the confusion on this. We're working on some tasks that will make this clearer in the future.

Ok Ryan, no problem... but... will cakewalk charge me again in december for the month subscription? I purchased Sonar 1st december, and every month in the 10th day, the monthly subscription charges my credit card, so I believe in this december I will be free from this charge, right?
Thanks for the quick response Ryan!

Also, thanks Kelvin Walsh

It will continue to bill you until you cancel the recurring monthly payment. I am sending you a link in a private message that will allow you to do so.

Thank you Ryan!
I'd cancelled the monthly subscription.
So, probrably after 24th december will appear to me "owned", right?
Regards and thanks again for the "cancel" link

Sorry for the confusion over this.  We were understandably paranoid about not wanting to break users' working installations by changing authorization just in case there was a change.  We didn't want to risk sending users to demo mode that were working.  However, we plan to address this status update case soon so you can have confidence in seeing your purchase upgrades reflected in the application and we'll do so without a demo mode risk :)

I should qualify 'soon'.  As for when SONAR would be fixed to immediately reflect any subsequent update from say monthly to one-time, 'soon' doesn't  necessarily mean today or this week.  We'll look at resolving for a future update of SONAR.

For now, as Ryan said, SONAR will show an updated status when it gets to the end of the monthly period.
