Kingston hangs when moving track order

Can reproduce 100% of the time.  It seemed fine until I added a lot of CC data to control a VI's expression.  Once I did that, any and all attempts to re-arrange track order just hang.  I wind up killing Sonar in Task Manager.
 
Still on Windows 8.1.

    Please give full steps to repro from a brand new project.

    Sonar Platinum(64 bit),Win 8.1(64 bit),Saffire Pro 40(Firewire),Mix Control = 3.6,Firewire=VIA,Dell Studio XPS 8100(Intel Core i7 CPU 2.93 Ghz/16 Gb),2 x 1TB SSD (Samsung EVO 850),GeForce GTX 460,Yamaha DGX-505 keyboard,Roland A-300PRO,Roland SPD-30 V2,FD-8,Triggera Krigg,Shure SM7B,Yamaha HS5.     I copied track by track into a new project, and it is not happening in the new project I named "BadBug" ironically. Please call this fixed, I guess. 
    I do not understand, but I have moved on.
