Thanks everyone for a great forum.
Hey folks. I have been a Cakewalk tragic since someone gave me a copy of Greg Hendershott's Cakewalk for DOS on a single floppy disc back in 1989, and the seemingly magical PC replaced my trusty, though rather enormous QX1 sequencer. I have over those years largely avoided internet forums as they tend to be unpleasant places. This forum on, the other hand, has become my daily read. What a friendly and hugely helpful mob you are! I am always amused when I see people complain that too many people here are 'fans' of Sonar, and that it is like visiting a 'cult'. If a product is good, and people are respectful and decent, shouldn't all user forums be positive places? A big shout out to SCOOK and Craig Anderton in particular. I really couldn't count the number of times I have not needed to ask my question as one of you had already answered it. Your knowledge of Sonar astounds me - gentlemen and scholars both! Happy rant done - back to work now:)

We can't have people ranting all the time. It simply gives CW and this forum a very bad name. So from now on rants such as these will no longer be tolerated! Not! I like this place too.

I don't post often but read this forum almost daily. This forum and the many fine contributing members are part of what keep me coming back again and again. It's also part of why I continue to support Cakewalk by purchasing their software upgrades every year because I know if I have a problem I can count on all the helpful folks here. Thank you Cakewalk for supporting this forum and for all the people who share their time and knowledge to make this a great community!

Yes, quality forum here for a quality product. Seriously the people here is what makes it great and the fact that the guy that wrote the book on it - Anderton, is a regular here, is icing on the cake....walk. I often have my laptop sitting next to me in my studio with this forum open on it. So while I'm blowing through sonar, I'm checking on technical stuff here at the same time.
