Sonar Home Studio 7XL Question

Hi Everyone..

I am returning to my Home Studio after a gap of around 2 years!
I did all the updates and last night I recorded a mixture of audio and midi.
I saved frequently and then closed the track down. When I re-opened it
all the audio was missing and I received a message saying tracks 3 4 5 were
missing and had been replaced by blank tracks?

Also when I went to burn a CD of an older track an error message came up telling me to re-install
the burning software?

Any advice greatly received thanks
Karl

The only explanation I can think of is you've somehow accidentally recorded into an audio file different from the one projects settings. Did you check location of all your CW audio - the audio path selected in Options (or Preferences)
and possible other location. IIRC the audio files start with the project name, so a search might find out where they are sprinkled.

SONAR PE 8.5.3, Asus P5B, 2,4 Ghz Dual Core, 4 Gb RAM, GF 7300, EMU 1820, Bluetube Pre  -  Kontakt4, Ozone, Addictive Drums, PSP Mixpack2, Melda Creative Pack, Melodyne Plugin etc.
