Boost11 PX-64 and TL-64 excluded?

Since the last few updates, maybe earlier, I noticed that these 3 VST effects are listed on the excluded list.
A full reset and rescan does not help, but if I enabled then in the Plugin manager they seem to work OK.
I don't usually use these, so maybe they don't work properly, but I don't see why they are excluded to begin with.

I believe the versions excluded are not the regular VST2 versions installed with the regular VSST2 plug-ins. Instead these form the basis of the style dials and are installed with the PC modules.

I was wondering this myself. The PX-64 and TL-64 were in the excluded list but were still available as a VST2 FX. Boost11, on the other hand, was in the excluded list but was not available as a FX until I manually included it from within the Plug In manager.
I have also had both the Drum Replacer, and another VST whose name escapes me at the present, not be available until I made them available from excluded Plug In list. I put it down to just one of those weird things that happens when software is updated.

Drum Replacer is excluded intentionally. While it is implemented using the VST3 spec it is not hosted like other plug-ins.

I just verified this.  Not because I don't believe you (that would be crazy ) but I just wanted to see for myself.
There are indeed copies of theses three plugins in the Shared Utilities\Internal (ProChannel) folder and the entries in the Plugin Manager's excluded list point to them.

I saw your thread the other day
http://forum.cakewalk.com/boost-64-will-not-work-m3578247.aspx

Have you tried checking the different directory's in the plug in insert menu ?
And you said you already tried to do a reset and rescan, can you tell me exactly how you did this ?
you might be missing something. Hope I can help.
