My Sonar platinum is stuck in Demo Mode! Anyone have any ideas?

My Sonar platinum is stuck in Demo Mode! Anyone have any ideas?

I'm a monthly subscriber. I downloaded and installed Kingston update 1 today through the command center. Now my Sonar platinum seems to be stuck in demo mode. I tried the offline activation to no avail. Any ideas?

    Hi. Have you tried to log out, and then in again in CCC? You haven't gotten any mail regarding missing payment, that could have ended up in the spam folder? Have you logged in to Cleverbridge to see status of last payment? If none of this is the case, I would contact both Cleverbridge and Cakewalk to get it sorted.
