Hi. Have you tried to log out, and then in again in CCC? You haven't gotten any mail regarding missing payment, that could have ended up in the spam folder? Have you logged in to Cleverbridge to see status of last payment? If none of this is the case, I would contact both Cleverbridge and Cakewalk to get it sorted.
