Assign CC11 to any knob of MasterKeyboard

Hi.
 
I'm using A-49(Roland) and looking for a answer of my question.
 
I just want to control CC11 in realtime as my extra knob(A-49 has two knobs C1, C2).
Controller/Surface propoerties menu hasn't any CC option.
 
How can I make it?

    one way is to use Ten Crazy's free CC map midi fx plugin
