z3ta+2 all phaser choices in modulation simply silence output.
Anyone else experiencing this or am I just missing something?

IDK, not enough to go on. Which version of OS, host, synth and maybe a recipe would help.

Platinum Pro (kingston), Win7, z3ta+2 with any factory or built sound from scratch. Insert a phaser modulator and silence. Flanger and Chorus work fine. No controls make any effect. It is like the patch dead ends when set to phaser. Sorry, did not realize I left z3ta out of subject line.

Using v2.2.0.95, the latest update, the about screen shows this as version 2.2.0 with Factory Content > --Showcase -- > - Italo 84 (Pb) BT - and a few other patches at random. I enabled every modulation mode on the effects page containing the word Phaser in its name in the mode dropdown. They all played OK for me on Kingston build 32 x64 on Win10.

Are you noticing this only with one patch? If so, which one?

No, all patches and even if I build a sound from the ground up. As I said before, it is as if the phaser section does not reconnect to the signal path.

Update.
Evidently that was one of the bugs in z3ta. After the z3ta update and Lex, it is working.

Actually, it does still do it on a couple of patches. Maybe it has something to do with the type of sound and a phaser causes some kind of cancellation. I remember once having a guitar track recorded in stereo with a phaser on it and when I set the monitoring to mono it went truly silent, not ghostly of faint, but silent...
Can one of you with more knowledge try to replicate or maybe explain to me what is going on if it is natural time-based phase cancellation and not a bug?

In the case of "Factory Content/Keyboards/80s Synth Clavi XS" I believe it is due to Modulation Matrix setting the "Modulation Level" to "Mod Wheel" and the Modulation "EQ Mode" set to OFF. On the phaser settings the modwheel needs a value other than 0 or the Modulation "EQ Mode" set to something other than OFF for the patch to make a sound.

So did you manage sound out of it? I will test those waters. I thought it might be something in the routing but am still learning all the controls at this point.

Yes, when the modwheel on my controller was set to something other than 0 or the Z3ta+2 Modulation "EQ Mode" was set to something other than OFF

Yep, it worked for me too.
You always seem to have the line on these little annoyances.
Well played sir, well played.
