I like the way it changes from 2/4 (?, is that right)  to 3/4 The lyrics are funny.

Certainly an adult song.  Probably something and angry old person would like to listen to.  But, I could also see this being a sing along in a local pub.  It would make a great karaoke song.

It brightened my morning a little.

Hi Jesse ... thanks so much for the listen!

Yes, 2/4, 3/4 but ... IIRC, when the drums were recorded, the entire drum track was in one take (it is what I strive for) with just a steady stream of eighth notes clicking in the metro-gnome (no music) and my brain subdividing the verse/chorus transition as 4/4 and 12/8.  So, the transition is a tempo change with the rate of the eighth note staying constant.
