How do I rollback an update?

Haven't done it before. I don't see anything in the command center for rolling back anything.
It also says in options I have a maximum of 3 connections. What does that mean?
Thanks.

Right-click the "SONAR Platinum" item in the Command Center. Rollback is available on the context menu. There is a submenu under Rollback to select the rollback version.

Cool. I checked that so I would know how to do it in the future. With my other problem solved, I'll stick with Lexington and see if the rest of my problems were self made too. (I'm guess I hit a short cut key or something and never knew it.)
On the setting page...should I have verbose install selected? Do you know what the 3 maximum connections mean?

I believe everyone should familiarize themselves with rollback BEFORE they actually need it. Think of it as a fire drill or a test of restore after backup. Better to be prepared and know what to expect. Should the time come to run a rollback for real, knowing how to do it and what to expect is one less thing to anguish over.

Verbose install effectively runs the installers as if the are run from the command line. It shows all the prompts such as 32/64bit install settings. I believe the connection limit refers to the number of concurrent connections which are setup during download. It can make the download faster assuming the server has connections available and  there bandwidth is available.

BTW I am moving this to the SONAR forum.
