Jesse... Some really cool sounds happening in this. Not my style at all so I can't comment on the genre but the mix sure sounds good.

MC4 - M-Audio FW410 / Behringer UCA202 - Fender Strat / Jazzmaster / DuoSonic / Washburn / Peavy Foundation M-Audio Radium 49 Roland Juno 106 / JazzChorus / Seymore Duncan Convertible - HP A1230N ( AMD Athalon 3800+ 2G Ram + 200G HD )

Sounds really good. Bit like extreme hip hop.

Hello Tap, I'm glad to hear the mix sounds good to you.  I'm trying to improve at that and am developing a workflow that I think is starting to get me in the right direction.

Kakku, thanks for chiming in my friend.

Like Primus fronted by Young MC?
This has the old school vibe, nice job. I'd bring the vocals up front a little more.

cheers,
-Tom

Interesting sounds going on. I would like to hear the bass guitar more in the mix, it would really stamp the groove on this. For some reason I was reminded of rage against the machine, which isn't a bad thing.

I'll have to go with Tom on this one - it's sort of like Primus fronted by Young MC.      Bizarrely unique as always.    Mix-wise the organ riff was a bit out front, but otherwise I think works for what it is.   Speaking of which... what was that ending??

Hello Steve, I must admit that I don't even know who Primus is.  I think I have heard of Young MC but will have to check out some of those guys.

I never thought I was doing anything "Bizarrely unique," but I'm not put off by that at all.  If the shoe fits.

The organ was actually a guitar riff that I morphed in loop construction.  The ending was not necessarily meant to be that way, but sometimes my automation on mix down doesn't translate well.

Thanks for listening.  I take everything you have all said as fodder for the grist mill.

Hello, sorry to be so up front, but I just listened to Primus.  I see what you mean.  I don't want to sound like them.  I want to sound like me.  However, I understand that the word "hamburger" symbolizes much more than (insert the name of that old farmer who had a dog, and a cow...)

Very creative Jesse! I'd like a peek inside your head...

Mix sounds very good, much improved over others I've heard from you. And...bring up the vox...
