My perception is, that CW has top priority placed on incoming Support calls vs. online submissions. I do think they care, but keeping costs down and addressing every concern is a tough balance. If that call-in case load is high, online submissions may never see the light of day. None of mine ever have. And if this is a normal thing for all DAW makers, it's telling how competitive this field is.

I watched the video with only half my attention, and no sound, so I'm not sure what all you've got going on there, but I can answer two of the questions:

    1. Yes 32-bit synths will play late by one buffer in x64 SONAR due to a bug with Bitbridge. The larger your buffer, the later the rendering. The 3rd-party Jbridge does not have this issue.

    2. The Help button in TTS-1 has never worked as there's no .CHM file for it. Navigate to C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\Shared DXi\TTS-1\Help, and launch the index_e.htm file.

This has not been my experience. The TTS-1 help button loads the html help in a web browser on my old Win7 machine and I just tested it on my new Win10 box. The html help works there too. I do not know why it works for some users and not for others.

Same here, also on Win7.   The title of the doc is "Cakewalk TTS-1 Table of Contents" and it includes a series of hyperlinks for each section (it's a single page).

OK - I took a look at the video - yes, without an explanation, it is a bit difficult to understand what is going on, BUT I did manage to reproduce the first issue - Rapture Pro sound errors, though I do not yet have an explanation as to WHY the sound is getting altered.

I fired up a new Normal project in Platinum, and inserted an audio track, a midi track, and an instance of VST 3 Rapture Pro x64.

I then searched for the House Stack 2 preset that the video showed as being loaded, and I too selected that preset.

It plays fine, just as in the video when it is first selected in its Rapture Pro instance.

I then saved the project, closed the project, and opened it again.

Upon the project completing the open, I triggered some Rapture Pro House Stack 2 sounds, using the little keyboard at the bottom of the Rapture Pro UI, and just like in the video, the sound played back altered - it still sounded, but sounded much less present, as if some modulation had been introduced in either the Save or the Open processing.

Quite strange, but YES - I too see the first issue shown in the video, per the above.

To make sure the error you've discovered gets proper visibility, I suggest submitting a Problem Report to get this into the queue.
