Question on X2 and Tascam 1200

Hello all,
 
I recently purchased Sonar X2 Producer as well as a Tascam US-1200. When I get into Sonar the 2 Line in inputs are showing but the 4 mic in inputs are not. I'm sure I have something set incorrectly so I figured I'd come here and ask before I tear my hair out. I am running Windows 10 and the driver mode is MME. I'm kinda new at this so any help is appreciated.
