Synth Rack Where is it?

I just upgraded to Sonar Platinum and I cannot find the synth rack. In the docs it refers to an icon or a bowser tab. Neither is visible. I checked all display options etc. and figured it must then be part of the MultiDock. However, when clicking the "expand" on the MultiDock nothing is displayed or expanded.
 
The video of inserting synths relates to an older Sonar version. When I previously used Sonar 5the synth rack was readily available.
 
What am I missing?

    Well if it's not already showing, go to the menu at the top, View - Browser and when that appears you should see a Synth tab, along with Media and Plugins , that is what I know, call the Synth rack anyway

    Alternatively, tap B to hide or show the browser on the right hand side of the screen. As jih64 noted, the Synth Rack should be one of the tabs.
