Unable to get any sound out of Dimension Pro

Hello all,
 
So far, it appears as though only Dimension Pro has an issue that will not output any sound when playing back a MIDI track. Any of the other soft synths I load work fine. In Dimension Pro the Les Paul Gold Top Library will not load and errors out with MultiSamples not found. Obviously, there appears to be an issue with the instrument paths. However, I see no place in either
Rapture Sessions, Rapture Pro, or Dimension Pro to change the instrument paths.
 
There is an issue though with Rapture Session listing D-Pro User Imported (too quickly to read) generates an error and fails to load the program. The issue is with the Les Paul Gold Top Library.
 
I would appreciate any suggestions. I did have quite a difficult time getting Dimension Pro to even show up in the list of plugins so I am hesitant about de-installing and re-installing.

    First thing I can think of is you have the VST path for Dimensions not set in Preferences (under File / VST Settings).
    You did a rescan of and ticked 'Rescan Existing plugins' ?
    Dimensions has it's own folder 'mulltisamples' that's not in the normal VST's folder normally...

    Thank you Sheanes for the suggestions although they did not have the desired result. What I found interesting is that even though I had activated D-Pro and got a confirmation info dialog, the actual product key was never written into the registry.
     
    What really was strange is that in one project outputting to ANY soft synth, other than AAS STR G-2 was silent. That is still an issue for that project.  However, now D-Pro works on my other projects. This is a bit baffling since the tracks are set the same.
