Track templates for Addictive Drums 2?

For Session Drummer 3, all you had to do was go to "Track Templates" and it would give you a bunch of multi-out templates.  I don't see any for Addictive Drums 2.  Are there any in Platinum?  And, if not, can someone explain how to set it up?  I unfortunately never learned how to correctly set up multi-out synths and relied on the template.  I guess that's the downside of great DAW's like Platinum - sometimes you never learn the basics with certain things!

Anyway, I'd be extremely grateful if someone could provide a step-by-step instruction of how to do this.... what the inputs and outputs should be set to, etc.  I know it's a complete pain in the ass.  Anyone able to help?

Sweet, thanks!  It looks like there's only one template?  Is that right, just ten or fifteen tracks?  Also - how do you guys deal with editing and mixing in Addictive Drums?  I know this topic has been brought up before, so I apologize, but I'd like to hear some updated opinions on this, if possible.

Do you give all control to Sonar and somehow turn off AD's interface?  Do you do a combination?  What about panning?  It seems like a lot of the pieces of the kit are already panned in AD, but obviously the track in Sonar is in the center, so I'm not sure if AD really IS panned or if Sonar bypasses that and automatically centers it?  It's kind of confusing.

What about effects?  Do you guys keep the AD effects on or turn them off and use Sonar's exclusively?
