wav not found or couldn't be loaded

I've posted this message to customer support a couple of times already, but have not had any response.  I've listed the details below.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

Whenever I open my project, I get 4 sfzlog.txt files created.  This file contains the following text;
File c:\program files\cakewalk\rapture\multisamples\organ 14.wav not found or couldn't be loaded. --- End of log for c:\program files\cakewalk\rapture\multisamples\044 - organ 14.sfz
The project does not use any organ.  How can I fix this?
