Postive Grid Are Releasing Pro Series Plugins This Thursday

The Pro Series Studio Plug-ins - Coming this Thursday 1/14
The Pro Series is the world’s first profiling and component based FET, Tube, and Optical compressor plug-ins. With Positive Grid’s DSP engineering and component level modeling expertise, it is now possible to accurately reproduce the many subtle nuances of classic and modern analog studio gear right down to the component level.

3 Compressors - FET, Tube, and Optical...EQ is going into Beta Testing soon...

These are quite good - highly recommend demoing them when they become available...

    $199 Yikes! and that is JUST for the 3 compressor plugins!
     
    WOW this could get really expensive quickly.  in the price range of UA plugins.  ouch.
     
    I think I will remain amateur, PRO seems to be hitting my pocket book to hard.  sure they are and will be great if you can put off the payments as studio time charges to clients but not for me.
     
     
    (BTW I own FX Pro, Amp Pro and Pedal - spent my share with Positive Grid already).

    Calling things pro is just a way to charge a high price.  It's also another way of saying our other plugs are not good enough.

    These are some very very nice compressors...

    When you consider that just the Waves Puigchild lists
    for $250...this is a bargain.  And there are 3 compressors
    in the bundle...not just one...making them $66.66 each.

    They will offer them individually later...

    It's just a name actually. Fabfilter call half their stuff "Pro" too.

    That they are young cc, they took long enough to get out of beta. Can't wait for the other new little toys to drop.
