Midi Volume Sync Problems

I use Sonar x3 and I cannot get the changes that are made on my fa-06 to reflect on the computer and when I do it vice-versa, over time, it gets really out of sync over 15+ differential sometimes if it's a track i've done alot of adjusting on the levels.
I'm in an infinite loop.
