Audio Track - FX Bin - Plug-In Layout

I have yet another question:.

I am familiar with Plug-In manager in Sonar.  Its great.

My Plug-In Manager has the left box showing Plug-In Categories.

Once I select a Plug-In Category then it lists all of the plugins I have associated with that Category ( ie. audio effects vst3 ) in the middle window .

Great.

However my question is this:  When I right click on the FX bin of an audio track to add an effect.  It gives me and option to Insert Audio FX.  Which is what I want.   I select vst3.

Now this is where I have the problem or question:   I see a category called WaveShell-VST. xx.yy zz .  Where did that come from ?  I don't see anything about Waveshell in the plug-in manager.

Where can I see vst3 categories in the Plugin Manager?  Does Sonar allow me to edit the vst3 categories when adding an effect to an Audio track?  Obviously the plug-in manager isn't managing ALL aspects of the plug-in layout.

The VST3 categories are not displayed in the plug-in manager. They are provided by the plug-in vendors using optional tags in the plug-ins and are not available for editing by users. You choice when it comes to VST3 organization is allow SONAR to use the vendor supplied tags, display VST3 plug-ins like VST2 plug-ins or create a custom layout.
