I want to use this feature with "Melodyne Essential", but it doesn't appear to me over the tracks tabs section.
this is what I only can see: View, Options, Tracks, Clips, MIDI.

If the track view menus contain only "View, Options, Tracks, Clips, MIDI" then Region FX are not part of that version of SONAR.

But in the sonar site docomantaion, they have a guide for it,
So it probably also included in Sonar LE version.

    Right??

Melodyne might be available only as a VST3 effect

I had no idea SONAR LE had Region FX, but after searching through the online help I did find this:
"SONAR LE Documentation is based on the full version of SONAR. Some screenshots, folder paths, features and other references may differ from your installation."

I think ARA was introduced in SONAR X3 so if the LE version pre-dates that it wouldn't be included (although the help does show it, so...)

The latest LE is based on X3 and apparently supports VST3 but without the Track view Region FX menu, I do not think it is possible to use Melodyne as a Region FX. There is a mention of ARA on the page http://www.cakewalk.com/Products/SONAR-LE but the menu is missing on the image and the OP confirms it is not present. The only shortcut in the full versions of SONAR creates a new Region FX on a clip. There are no other functions exposed for binding. I would not be surprised if there were still bits which only apply to full versions of SONAR left in the LE documentation.

I have the latest Sonar LE and I have only VST2.
    Is it correct?

I can only go by the information available on the site I linked above and user feedback. I have no first-hand knowledge of the product. If VST3 support is available, there would be VST3 migration settings in Preferences > File > VST Sesttings.

Perhaps I should clarify what I said in Post #4.

Is Melodyne available as a VST in the Fx bin?

I can see there a path to: Preogram files --> common files --> vst3
But actually, I cant find any folder like this on my computer.

In track view, on an Audio track, right click the Fx Bin and choose Insert Audio Fx > VST3 > Celemony > Melodyne

That's where it will be if you've got it.

The VST3 migration settings, if any, are in SONAR preferences. It is entirely possible to have VST3 plug-ins installed and still not have a host which supports VST3 plug-ins.

All of this is only marginally related to the question about Region FX though.

    Thats what I think to.
    I'm using Sonar LE,
So maybe it (FX bin -  Region FX) doesn't provide in this version.
