Can't find redeem code

Hi,
I bought the SONAR Artist box online and it got delivered today, only to find that there is no 16 or 32 digit redeem code?
Can someone please let me know if I've missed something?

    AFAIK, the box only contains a card with the redemption code, and should have been printed by the vendor who sold/shipped it. Have you tried to contact the vendor?

    Also, check any emails from the vendor on the chance the code was already sent.  (Spam folder as well).
