Adding Sony Sound Forge Pro 10 to utilities Menu Windows 8.1 Sonar Platinum

https://www.cakewalk.com/Support/Knowledge-Base/2007013099/Adding-third-party-audio-editing-software-to-SONARs-Tools-menu

Hey there. Sound Forge is showing up in the utilities menu but when I select a wav and try to send it there then there is an error.
So I followed the above instructions (see link). It always worked before on other versions of windows. Maybe the problem is the place.
1. It is not located in Program Files anymore--it is in Program Files (x86). I typed in x 86. It also says Sony now so I typed  C:\Program Files (x86)\Sony\Sound Forge 10\Sound Forge.exe

It goes to the right location I guess--it is in the utilities menu but when trying to export a wav gives me the error: Tool not found--and the location C:\Program Files (x86)\Sony\Sound Forge 10\Sound Forge.exe

I also tried not putting in the 10 (sound forge 10).

I would greatly appreciate your help.

Michael

I think the program name is wrong. I have version 11 and my path is like this:

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Sony\Sound Forge Pro 11.0\Forge110.exe

Have you verified that the exe as above does actually exist there? What I would do is find the Start menu shortcut for Sound Forge Pro 10.  Right click on the short cut and select properties.  There you will find an entry in the field: "target" (enclosed in quotes).  That is what needs to be put in the "ExePath" in the registry entry (without quotes)
