I solved that Problem by:
- switching to a different mic and
- doubling the distance from the singer to the mic.
Doubling the distance is solving a lot of tonal and velocity related issues via physics. If the mic is "to good", it will be very sensitive to any angle changes. Dynamic mics are not as sensitive as condensor mics - a good one can solve that issue.
