Guitar Tracks 4 fatal error.

I'm hoping someone might be able to help me. I'm using a v studio 20 with guitar tracks 4 that was supplied with it. I hadn't use it for a while and when I went to use it again I clicked on the loop explorer button I got the message about a fatal error has occurred  and something about a crash dump file been created. Also on the error is a code c000005 and address. I tried reinstalling it but to no avail still keep getting the same error and it wont let me do anything. Also is guitar tracks 4 the same as guitar track 4 pro.
