can anyone help me solve these file types?

I am looking to clean up my folders and I dont know what these files are. They are the "projectname.cwp.~timestamp" files. what are they?
 
example:
oldschool.cwp.~2015-03-13-00-29-49-824
oldschool.cwp.~2015-03-13-00-40-58-507

    They are cwp files created by the SONAR versioning system. They are used by dialog launched by File > Revert... to restore a project to a previous version.
