Z3ta+ 2.2.1 How to register offline? (Resolved)

Z3ta 2.2.1 can be registered offline. But how?
 
When I start Z3ta+ 2.2.1 I get the message I must login to the Command Center to check activation status.
I don't have it on my music PC at home, and my boss is not going to allow me to install it on my PC at work.
 
When I go to the Cake website and click on Offline registration, it tells me to upload an activation request file.
I found no way to create such a file in Z3ta.
 
How does the offline registration work?

    Works!
    Right side, Options button, near the bottom are the two relevant menu points.
    Once the update has been done, they are no longer shown.
