Manchester causing Sonar to Open Command Center?

Has anyone else ssen this?
 
On my studio DAW... It is not connected to the web...
 
I have manually installed the Sonar update and local help docs...
 
Every time I close Sonar, I find CC open underneath trying in vain to connect...?

    Looks like a pattern is emerging.  Manchester seems to want CCC to be running (and connected ?).

    Have you all updated to the latest CCC? It's important for avoiding this problem.
    CCC is not self updating. You have to manually download it and install. And it's not specifically in your account. On your way to your account page there a drop down for CCC. You probably all know I'm just saying it in case.

    CCC is not self updating.



    Actually it is, or at least it tries to be.  Though it will ask first.
    It failed for me and others, but succeeded for other others.

    If C3 is launching each time you have an older version of C3. Let C3 update and that will stop happening.

    Thanks Gang...

    Yeah, I tried having it self-update but couldn't get the diwnliad, so I manually downloaded the file early this morning (download hours) only to find it a corrupted file when I tried to manually run it...

    So I will download it again in the wee hours and see if I get a successful download...
