Command Center doesn't show Manchester
As the title implies when I launch the CC it shows Lexington as installed and fully up to date. I've tried the usual "log out and back in" but no luck. Near as I can tell on the website, I'm paid and current for another year so I should be able to get it.
Am I missing something? Is this something someone else has seen and worked out a fix for?

This is with v1.1.43 of the Command Center? Does the update appear in your account? I know of no resolution other than contacting Cakewalk directly. There should be no need to log out/in of the Command Center. There is a "Check Now" option to force the Command Center to check for updates on the settings page. Access the settings page by clicking the gear in the upper right. CTRL and click the same gear to show the version number.

Yep, it is 1.1.4.3 and I told it to check, which it did, and it still thinks Lexington is the latest.
In my account it doesn't say anything either way. When I click on Sonar Platinum it just says my serial, when I registered, and then has a blank downloads section.

When you go to about Sonar under help menu in Sonar, what does it say under membership? Mine says under membership: valid thru 2/17/2017. Status: Owned

Says Membership valid through January 8, 2017. If I click the download link there, it goes back to the other page with the blank download section (I presume blank because you use CC to download it).

Do I need to toss them another hundred for a renewal?

The download section should be populated with every release, just like the Command Center. The fact that it is blank is also part of your problem. A problem which needs to be handled by support.

You can if you wish but if it were my issue, I would let support fix up the account. As I mentioned above, the about screen is not accurate before Manchester.

Hello Sycraft, I have the same issue as you and I was kindedly directed by scook.
Currently I have "Lexington" and the current Command Center, I've paid (1/5/2016) in-full for the year, and the Sonar site stated that Manchester was released and it doesn't load into CC? There is no information on Cakewalk that addresses this issue, so I was hoping that the Sonar Forum could help, "the members are great"
The funny thing is, I saw for a while that Manchester was available and just waiting for it to load into CC?
Possibly contact support.
